Good value.

Great prices and good value for the dollar. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave and other amenities. Drawback is the dust on the desks and the TV reception was very poor. Otherwise a good place to stay. I would recommend this for the price but would hope they would do a better job of cleaning and ensuring things are working.

Disgusting

Everything was terrible from the front desk(the owner) to the absolutely disgusting room. Room had blood hair garbage stains on walls and carpet. We were there for a wedding and he also gave us a room that was already occupied. Then he gave us another room after waiting 40-45 mins from returning from wedding. There is also zero rules at this hotel, people party from 4pm straight till 9am. Also there was zero toilet paper, no cord for the tv to run it. No nothing just filth.
Do not go to this hotel. Trust me.
I was also told by the owner to leave this review cause his words “I don’t care I’m not bankrupt after being in business for 25 years”

Dont stop keep looking!

We were in Strathmore visiting friends.. Every hotel we called were booked so we ended up here. After 5 minutes we left. I dont think I've seen a worst kept hotel. The girl the bar was also running the front desk and I will say she very accommodating given the circumstances. However find other accommodations.

Horrible place

The rooms and the whole hotel for that matter is old and needs to be updated. Police are constantly being called to this hotel. The staff did not seem to really care at all. Save your time and book elsewhere

Worst customer service

We booked a stay on a booking site. Price quoted was not honoured. Staff was hard to find as no one is ever at the front desk. No help is given if you have a problem as no one is around to ask. Will never stay there again.
