The room was clean, but the humidity is heavy and it looks like it was renovated to mask the old structure of the building. It shows that they used cheap material and the structure behind was due for a more structural refresh. Few areas has leaking roof and uneven floor. The parking is very small, so you can turn around a bit to find a space, but the staff is very friendly and helpfull.

I wouldn’t stay here again. There’s was no parking when we got there. The lady at the counter was alone taking calls after calls about tv not working etc… the rooms are renovated but cheaply renovated, like they painted and old door instead of replace them The bath tub was painted it think. We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t see through the window there was hand prints and forehead marks on the window. The breakfast was ok I will leave at that!

The only think clean were the sheets and towels. Parking terrible. Parked outside property 3 nights. The bathroom was dirty. I could send pictures if I knew how. Very disappointed!

I got there, checked and I and then immediately went back to the front desk to cancel my reservation. I did not feel safe there and it did not look like the pictures on the site. Would not recommend if you’re travelling alone. The staff member was helpful though in cancelling on the spot.

Beyond frustrated. Dirty. Disgusting. Stay away!!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Disgusting. Filthy. Dirt was from the front lobby, breakfast area to our room. I was in the East wing. 2nd floor and first impression, there was dog fecal matter all over the outside walk way. Front and back parking lot. Went into the building and a strong odour of cigarette smoke. Found the culprit on the second floor. Someone was smoking in the hallway. Inside the room, a mold and fecal smell was strongly permeated the entire room. I called the front desk because I noticed the smell and I was downgraded from a king to a queen. Plus the smell. I ended up getting a king size room. It smelt better in the room, however, the pigeons were pecking at the window all night. Side adjoining door was broken and a small latch only held it. Someone was trying to get in all night. Broken floor tiles on the floor, bathroom was so cramped. Shower had a broken flower pot and soil in the tub. The walls are paper thin. Reported to the front desk. Nothing was done. I was told no refunds. I couldn’t leave. Ended up staying at getting no sleep. It was a nightmare. Carpets in lobby are filthy. Nothing looks like it was cleaned. Elevator in main lobby was broken. Coffee maker was out of service. Downstairs in breakfast area, the tables were sticky. Not cool air flow. It was so hot like a sauna. Long lineup. Too tiny of an area for a breakfast. Food was disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place was a nightmare. I know it was free continental breakfast but worth just going out to get a clean and good food. The eggs was all I tried and they were awful. Rubbery, no taste. No salt or pepper was out and not worth standing in that long lineup for. I will never be back to the Days Inn in Summerside
