An Exceptional Home Away from Home for Extended Stays
​My parents consider this their absolute favorite hotel for long-term stays, and after seeing the consistent level of care they receive, it is easy to understand why.
​The staff here are truly excellent—warm, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely welcome. Whenever my parents submit a housekeeping request, the cleaning team delivers consistently satisfying results, keeping the suite immaculate and comfortable week after week.
​One of the standout features of the property is the dining area, which serves as a wonderful, spacious setting for family gatherings. It makes hosting loved ones effortless and enjoyable. To top it all off, the outdoor barbecue area at the back adds a fantastic touch of warmth and relaxation, making every stay feel less like a temporary lodging and more like a true home away from home.

During check-in, the front desk staff informed us to reach out for any assistance we might need. On the 1st day, the body wash pump in our room was not functioning, and we reported this issue to the front desk the following day. Upon returning in the afternoon, we found that no action had been taken regarding the body wash, and our room had not been cleaned either. Considering the price of nearly $300 per night, plus an additional $5 for daily parking, we are unlikely to return. The complimentary breakfast was good though.

Staff are amazing. Room is so clean but 117 suite bathroom door does not close and the door id broken and the washroom is old. Otherwise I loved the services. The hotel is so busy but honestly staff are so helpful and respond quickly. Also iam so happy that I was able to bring my kitten bit i paid a $90 fees which I feel it is a lot.

Looking quickly at the hotel, the rooms, the hallways, the entrance, the lobby, it all looked very nice and up to date. As a whole, this hotel looks very clean, modern and renovated. But looking closely, there were a lot of little things that could use maintenance such as the very stained carpet in the stairways, the patching up that looked like what it was done real quickly and the water stays and damaged near the shower. And oddly enough, my room smelled like cigarette smoke.

everything were ok. first night when we checked in the room was dirty. bunch of hairs in the drawer that holds the hair dryer. they had not replaced the sheets and there were hairs everywhere on the sheets. socks and some other objects were under the sofa bed. bath tub was dirty.
