Very beautiful hotel, very well located with a wonderful pool and roof top! The bedroom was great with a fantastic TV. The only thing I would complain about is the checking out at 11 instead of noon.

The hotel is dated. The shower did not function properly, the patio door did not slide properly, burnt lightbulbs in lamps. Small changes have been made like instant coffee. Less towels, no extra blankets.

They make it so comfortable. Everything is great from the room, to the service to everything. There is a reason so many are there but it is so nice

Our stay at the Chelsea hotel was delightful. We enjoyed the amenitites near by, and the pool, sauna and bathroom were all very clean .
Although the bathroom faucets in our room were installed backwards twice with hardly no drainage and constantly dripping all the time.
Whenever we need assistance the staff was very helpful.

Toilets broken, shower doesn’t have enough water pressure, and this hotel is huge and it’s stressful to be around people all the time
