Please, note that Chestnut Residence operates within a student residence. Chestnut Residence at the University of Toronto is 100% smoke free and pet free. A cleaning fee will be charged to the reservation should evidence of smoking or pets be found in the reserved room. Please note there is currently no access to guest rooms via the stairs. Rooms are accessible via the main elevators in the lobby only.
