Great hotel in an awesome location. Walking distance from Rogers Centre, Union Station, and St. Lawrence Market. Have stayed here several times and will be back.

Excellent suite with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine making a great base. Central location so easy walk from Union Station and worked perfectly for us. Staff were great

I arrived in Toronto early in the morning and dropped off my luggage at around 7am. I asked if 3pm. was the fixed check-in time, and I was advised to check back around 1pm. to see if my room had been cleaned and was ready.
So I walked around downtown, did some shopping, and returned to the hotel around 2pm. Luckily, my room was ready, and I was able to check in.
The room was spacious, and I really enjoyed the view from my room. A gentleman from housekeeping named Jesse, if I remember correctly, kindly brought me some fresh towels. I really appreciated his kindness.
It was my first time in Toronto, but I had a wonderful experience, especially because of the hotel's great location. Everything was within walking distance, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.

The location is amazing, staff is really helpful and friendly. We stayed at the historical section, which needs some updating. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend it

Lovely stay. Convenient location, clean and very comfortable rooms with nice products.
