The location is very convenient, and the staff were incredibly nice. There is a parking garage very close to the building. Our only complaint is that the listing says the suites sleep 4; that is very inaccurate. Each suite has 2 beds, but they are not large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 people.
Aside from that, this is a good location, especially if you are on a budget.

Great place to stay at Toronto downtown on a budget. There is Green P (municipal) parking available below the building for daily rate (24 hours) & hourly rates. The only issue we had was with one elevator out of service the remaining elevator was busy & crowded. It required planning to checkout on time to avoid late checkout fees. Location was pretty close to downtown for walking, Uber, public transportation etc.

The apart hotel are university dorms. Not well cleaned, we found hair On the beds, bathroom. The Room had a Bad Smell also. Like cigar
The hallway has a cárpet very Dirty and the elevator was not clean
If On the descripción IT says its a dorm, we may not choose it
Also outside smells a lot to mariguana

This was an excellent stay. The rooms are big and well maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the WiFi worked well.
It is student accommodation so it misses some of frills of a normal hotel but the price is excellent and the location is amazing.
It is true that the beds are a little small and some black out blinds would be a great addition but we had a fabulous stay and would defintiely stay here again.

It more of a Student accommodation commanding the price of a hotel or aparthotel. It's my first time of seeing a kitchenette without hot plates, cups, glasses, cutleries etc. The only things available are the fridge and microwave oven. There is nothing else - not even liquid soap to wash used makeshift spoon. I had to even sign for simple electric jug. It's a disappointment for the price.
