Located in the center of downtown Toronto, this 4-star Sheraton is located across the street from Nathan Phillips Square, a 5-minute walk from CF Toronto Eaton Centre.

Perfect location
We stayed here for 5 nights for a city break.
First night, whilst jet lagged, the fire alarm goes off. Although we were really tired and desperate for sleep, I've got to say it was handled really well. Each room has a speaker and they informed the guess of an update every couple of minutes. We didn't need to evacuate in the end.
The breakfasts were really nice and there was no trouble getting a table. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were nice and comfy, the pool was never busy so you could always get a lounger.
Location of the hotel was easy to get to from the airport by train, only 30 mins by uberand was in easy reach of most of the attractions.
Once again The Sheraton/Marriot Bonvoy has not let me down, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, awesome staff.
I had not stayed here for a few years, missed the renovations that were very well executed througout the hotel.
Perfect location, evrything is within walking distance.
Sat through a fire alarm yesterday and was so impressed by the speed and professionalism of the staff. Fast reaction,everyone wearing a safety vest. No hiding, no vanishing management...full out "here we are, how can I help, regular updates, have a bottle of water". How people you trust with your well being behave in a time of emergency says more about them than a cookie in your room. I was super impressed.
Needless to say, I trust this hotel.

location is awesome
I was fortunate enough to attend a conference that took place in the Sheraton Hotel. It was in excellent location and One Stop Shop for everything we needed. I loved exploring the PATH as well. The hotel was very well laid out it was Modern and had everything that was needed for our stay there. The view from my room was excellent very close to the Eaton Center and Nathan Phillips Square so got to get my steps in and wander around the city a little. I did not use the pool but I could see it from my room.

V bad attitude. With flies upon cookies
I went to the paresstsa to ve a drink and a cake. I found flies all over. The the cakes and cookies. More over the lady had n attitude.

Very good location, Downtown Toronto. We enjoyed the pool. Too bad the fridge in our room did not work. Good breakfast! This is an older hotel, but well kept😀
