Great Value and location

Good value for a two bedroom small apartment with comfortable beds. There is a washer and dryer in case you want to do any laundry. This location on York street, is attached to the PATH, with a grocery store right beneath the place so easy to get some food to make in the fully loaded tiny kitchen. Good value and clean, no noise.

Run far away from this company.

It was a bait and switch. I reserved the presidential suite on the 67th floor and was given a dirty, much smaller unit on the 12th floor. The patio door windows were disgusting. Hair left in bathroom. Very disappointed. There was no reimbursement for the difference in the rooms.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I've never received such horrible service along with the condo was very dirty with health hazards. Even down to used towels, clean towels in drier along with sheets so not sure what we slept in tv not working, floor panel near front door popped up causing tripping hazard, among many other things like elevators in disrepair. Contacted property as soon as we walked in with all these issues. Figured they would move us to another unit. They did not care at all where had already paid. Said sorry, fold the towels yourself and all we can do is give you a late check out. Disgusting service

Euphoric Lands fest

Stayed at RivetStays’ The York during Indigenous Peoples Month for the Euphoric Lands fest perfect location, just a short walk to everything.
The place was clean, modern, and had nice Indigenous-inspired vibes. Really cozy and well thought out.
Loved the local guide they gave, full of Indigenous-owned cafés, shops, and cultural spots. Made it easy to explore and support the community.
