A great central low rise hotel

We stayed for five nights on second floor
Very comfortable. Staff friendly & pleasant.
Rooms very big smd and spacious if a bit blandly decorated. Bed huge and very comfortable. Lovely toiletries. Coffee machine and pods but no kettle or tea bags.
Bottled refillable water charged on departure- 3.50 each a bit mean & petty for a four star expensive hotel ! That’s why I docked a star

Our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. They stored our luggage since it wasn’t check in time yet. The hotel bar was amazing and the bartender and manager there were super awesome. The hotel itself is really nice and the room was terrific. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Every staff member was extremely kind and friendly. The valet service was wonderful and very prompt. The hotel is beautiful and everything was very clean. We would stay there again.

Room was clean, staff was amazing but air conditioning could be a little bit better. But that just my opinion. My nephew said his room was really comfortable. Overall a beautiful place to stay. I will be returning.

Fab stay, fab staff, fab sleep

Fab service and location - staff so welcoming - beds really comfortable and had great sleep there. Gorgeous breakfast too and good recommendations from staff.
