Don't be put off by the location (in a lane) and the exterior. A unique hotel in a nice area.

Great little boutique in a funky cool part of town. Loved the vibe of the neighborhood. Hotel was very clean and nice. Perfect for our short stay in Toronto. Can't wait to go back.

Nice and modern 3-storey hotel in the Annex/Bloor area with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. No TV in the room but it was not necessary. Only complaint: there was no cleaning or changing towels during my 3-night stay. Overall good experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Loved the minimalist look and feel of our room! Clean, bright and spare - in a good way. Staff and guests skew young, but that gives the place nice energy. Surprisingly quiet - well, there was that one night and that one couple ;) No elevator, so might be a challenge for some. Close to Bathurst station, Metro for groceries, Trendy Wash for laundry, and countless cafes and bars.

The annex was a great find!
The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the room service went until 11pm which was great after coming back from seeing a late show.
The staff were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be returning again next time we stay over in Toronto.
