The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Please note that guests need to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in instructions 3 days before arrival. Please note that the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided Roku for streaming. Please note that the 'Basic Full Room' has no windows. The air conditioning may be noisy, so we've provided white noise machines and earplugs for your comfort. Please note that the seasonal rooftop will only be open from May to November.
