Best hotel ever!
From the minute we arrived that staff were wonderful.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Very child friendly and made our daughter feel so special.

Another comfy stay at the Ritz-Carlton!!!
Nice comfy room with a great view of the Sphere right outside our room, Rogers Centre, Aquarium, and the Steam and Whistle Train Depot. We had access to the Club Level Lounge,
in which we do at all of the R-C's, where we had a light snack and breakfast in the morning. With all the drinks made available to us, we didn't have to go to the lobby bar. The staff there is unbelievable in their service and hospitality!!! A loud shout out goes to MAX, NIKO, NATALIA, and especially OLGA who went beyond the call and made my wife a great Cosmo!!!
Also great communication and sales from CHARMAINE from the lobby gift shop. She went beyond her sales approach to make sure that I got a R-C dress shirt that I wanted and fit me perfectly!!! The shirt fits!!!
Over all nice hotel, in the middle of the city, valet parking is a must, comfy room and great staff all over when I encountered them!!! Walk to all!!!

Super Service!
We stayed on the Club level and were blown away by the service we received from the team every day. The food and drink offerings throughout the day were good but made great by the quality and enthusiasm of the team, especially in recognising my big birthday!
Special mentions must go to Olga and Niko who made our stay memorable with their wit and good advice around places to go and restaurants to try. I travelled extensively worldwide on business for more than 20 years and cannot recall better service in any hotel Club lounge! A big call-out too for Luisa who looked after our room, and left us little humorous drawings which brightened up our day. What a lovely lady!
We wish we lived nearer so that we could return soon but might have to wait a little longer than we would like. But we’ll be back!
