The hotel was so clean and bed was comfortable. The rooms have been renovated and updated that they look and smell new. The staff were polite and friendly. The only change I would suggest is that they elevate the quality of food at their restaurant. The food was not great. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there.

Average place but option 4 those needing airport proximity

Stayed here because of a delayed Air Canada flight (what's new?). Pluses were airport shuttle (on time, decent size, and helpful drivers), nice front desk staff, and a spacious and clean room. Big downer was the noise: Impossible to sleep well given all the people coming and going at various hours, heavy door slams (I get fire safety. but do they have to slam?), construction noise, and thin walls. Another shortcoming was the darkness of the room even with all lights on and the lack of any sundries whatsoever. Would not recommend staying here unless you need proximity to the airport.

This is quite a nice hotel for an airport property. The only negative was that when several flights were canceled, they were completely unprepared for all the people coming in booking rooms in the last minute. Even though Hotels.com sold the rooms, the rooms had not been made up at 7 PM and we and others had to wait about an hour to check in. So overall, the hotel was nice and we had a pleasant room, but because housekeeping took forever it was inconvenient.

I arrived after midnight, so unable to really experience the amenities. It's AC insert hotel, but it seems to be going through positive renovations.
The rooms were still nice, clean, and wonderful beds. Free airport shuttle every 30 mins, and very kind staff.
