Nice hotel right at the Roger’s Centre.
Disappointed that the valet service was full. Had to drive around to find parking.

An average hotel but in a great location if you are visiting the Roger’s center for a game or concert

The location great. Staff very nice and helpful. Overall good but seems they don’t “dot the i’s”. The chair in our room was denuded of the upholstery. Could still sit on it but not a good look. We paid extra for the concierge floor which had an ok breakfast and snacks but always had to chase down the staff to replace what was depleted ( would have expected it to be done automatically). Staff always immediately was responsive but having to chase people down to do it is not how it should go. The little things could have been better.

Best seats in Rogers Centre

Perfect central location, especially if your trip involves an event at Rogers centre. Very busy on game days since the sports net grill is in the lobby and a lot of ticket holders stay at the hotel for convenience. The stadium view room is absolutely amazing and worth every penny for the upgrade. Best seat in the house and a perfect view of the field. We ended up getting tickets to a game to see the arena which is also very nice especially compared to other sports arenas, but ended up coming back to the room to watch as the view is unmatched. Easy to walk to good restaurants and shopping from the hotel, we’ve been doing everything within a 15 min walk radius and discovered some great food spots, the aquarium, hockey hall of fame, a cat and dog cafe, gym classes and great restaurants. Easy to get to from Billy bishop airport (10 min uber). Would love to come back here for a concert. Game day crowd is not overwhelming like at other sports venues, but would recommend doing tourist activities nearby when it’s not as crowded. Staff is very quick to bring anything you need & housekeeping is very efficient and quick. There’s a lobby cafe for coffee and bites, but I preferred taking a 10 minute walk a few blocks to one of the smaller local shops
