Room was updated and clean.
The stairs to the second floor were steep and narrow and dangerous, I would not recommend the second floor rooms to anyone that has problems with mobility.
Pool and Hot Tub were a nice treat. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
Would not recommend using the vending machine as we got an item that was expired and stale.
Overall, I would stay there again.

The rooms are adequate and clean- love the availability to have dogs on site! Handy to highway and good parking

The room was comfortable and easy in and out from highway. Outdoor pool was lovely and staff accomodating.

Pools are great! Big rooms. Comfy beds. The bathrooms fan isn't big enough so the rooms get too humid.
Strong water pressure, good temperature.
Will stay again!

Glenwood Inn and Suites has become my favourite stay when I go to Trail. It’s clean, well kept and has the few things that I like when choosing a motel. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are.
One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites.
