We had an unfortunate incident with the rear window in our car. It spontaneously blew out. A combination of the heat and an imperfections in the glass was the culprit. The front staff lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) was absolutely wonderful helping get the window all covered up with garbage bags and duct tape. It made it for a 4 hr drive home. The excellent customer service was very much appreciated.

Room was hot, humid and stuffy. No adjustable thermostat. Dust in areas of the room that you would expect to be clean. Dirt in the corners of the room. Makes you wonder what else they dont clean...

We stayed overnight on a trip across Canada. The location is great with easy access to the 401. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well equipped. There was an excellent hot buffet breakfast included with many options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Nice hotel

Stopped at this hotel to break up a long trip, friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable for a 2-star hotel.
Breakfast is included in the room price, so it's not super great but it does the job.
Close to many fast food restaurants nearby for the evening and free outdoor parking.
