Clean but in need of some upgrades… city closed the frontal street for major work so just access thru rear.

Not very nice,, water not drinkable, sewer smells in the bathroom,, noisy,,not very friendly

Staff was excellent. Room had some flooring issues, but was nice. Breakfast included was a nice touch and should be included with all hotel reservations, when possible.
