We really loved the staff & service were received throughout our stay. The hotel location was perfect for us to walk to restaurants & the Cruise port. We would stay here again when we visit Vancouver!

Great location, Great service!!

Great Location downtown near the Cruise terminal. cCose to great restaurants but our experience at Hydra, at the hotel, for a late lunch was wonderful. We recommend the exchange for any visit to Vancouver B.C.

Gem of a hotel in Vancouver

Wonderful hotel with some of the nicest people!! We were staying a couple of nights after a land/sea cruise, walked from Canada Place and were promptly greeted. Our baggage was quickly taken from us and all delivered to the desk to check in and then we were assisted to our room.
Room was very clean,very comfortable. From the US, we were a bit warm and a phone call to the service desk took care of the issue immediately.. The concierge on several occasions provided assistance and tips to maximize seeing a bit of Vancouver in the short time we had available (we were also spending a day in Victoria). The morning of our departure, an early morning call obtained us a cab large enough to get my group of 3 to the airport in ample time. Gem of a hotel, would highly recommend!

Great experience at The Exchange

The Exchange is an excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Superb service. We will stay again when in Vancouver.

Great Location safe and wonderful restaurant

Hotel was very easy to get checked in. Elevators were new for us, press a pad for your room number and it shows which elevator will take you to your floor. No selections inside just programmed for your floor. TV could be easier to select channels as many really didn't offer a good selection but I'm assuming it's due to visiting the area instead of staying in room. The restaurant was great only used for quick delivery room service. Very secure Hotel great location. And staff very accommodating and friendly.
