Great Views & Location

Fabulous Location near two Train stations for ease to get into Downtown & Canada place. Our room had a view of Granville Island & city area which was lovely. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean & spacious for three people.

Me & my daughter loved it, the free meal voucher for kids was a great gesture especially for the breakfast buffet which was my daughter’s first time seeing one. The rooms, the staff, the accommodation of my late checkout was very appreciated. We will be back 100%!
And we can’t wait

When I checked in they stressed the damage deposit hold on my credit card and I felt like they thought that I - an 80 yr old - was likely to be holding a raucous party or something. Weird. Not incredibly friendly, not bad but not welcoming. This hotel is closest to Vancouver General Hospital where I was going for cancer treatment so it really didn't sit too well.

Good experience.

Very good hotel, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. Maybe a little poorly located in relation to the actual center of Vancouver, but easy to get to by Uber or by figuring out the buses. Very good breakfast, whether à la carte or buffet, it was varied! The staff is kind, polite, and very helpful!

Convenient location, but the price is high for the status of the property. Plus $30 extra dollar for daily parking.
