WOW! This hotel is absolutely spectacular. The beddings are top notch quality and bed is heavenly. The complimentary chocolates and water was a nice treat. L'Occitance toiletries were of high quality. I felt spoiled at breakfast being able to order from a vast menu of great choices. Staff is amazing. A huge shout out to BRENT. One of the friendliest people at the hotel and beyond helpful. A major asset to the hotel. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff

The St Regis is a charming hotel within walking distance to the cruise ship harbor. It is well appointed and very clean. I want to highlight the staff, particularly our breakfast servers, Anita and Vinuri, who brought us a tasty breakfast. More importantly, they answered questions about the culture of Vancouver and how to best plan our day. Their warmth and knowledge helped to make our stay at the St Regis spectacular.

Excellent, but lack of room refrigerator, fitness center

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, clean and quiet room, reasonable price. Would have been a 5 but for not having a fitness center or a room refrigerator. Connected to Gotham Steakhouse a definite plus.

St Regis Hotel great location in Vancouver

Had excellent experience and great service at the St Regis hotel and restaurant. Anita was very pleasant with impeccable service and hospitality.

9.8/10 - exceptional place to stay in Vancouver. The parking was a bit of a faff, but aside from that, flawless.
