We arrived early and the person at the front desk texted a couple of hours later to let us know that our room was ready. when we checked in and arrived in our room they had already delivered our luggage and it was inside our room. While we were waiting, we found a lovely little room off the lobby with really comfortable leather chairs, a TV and a selection of books and magazines. That’s where we waited for our room. The room was just beautiful. There was a little traffic noise during the night, but that’s to be expected with the downtown location. The staff also provided an umbrella for us to use as we started out and it was raining in the afternoon. That was very helpful. They included breakfast is ordered from an abbreviated menu. The food was delicious and fresh. The white staff was very efficient and friendly. This breakfast was so much better than your typical hotel breakfast buffet and it’s served in a beautiful little restaurant inside the hotel.

We had a good stay, hotel is well located. Would have been nice to have had proactive discussions on places to visit etc. Property felt safe and clean.

The staff was great and rooms are nice. Not a very nice area of the city. Junkies outside on the sidewalks. Our room was right above a bus stop and the noise made it very difficult to sleep.

Honestly it was a great boutique hotel with abundant history located near the cruise port. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. There is no parking drop off as it is downtown, So if you get honked at while unloading, it's just the city saying "Welcome"
Highly recommend St Regis if you're looking for a nice, clean, friendly, well located stay in downtown Vancouver!
