Great staff. Front desk were good people. I booked the suite, good size but the glassware were pretty rough and lots of soap stains. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash kept falling down in the shower.

Outstanding stay! Friendly staff, spotless breakfast, great Wednesday BBQ, and thoughtful touches like evening tea.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were top notch. We’ve stayed at many hotels and had a lot of sub par experiences at breakfast — not at the Element. The women were attentive to all our needs and kept the dining area spotless. We also attended the Wednesday night BBQ and the general manager was behind the grill flipping burgers getting to know each of the guests that attended. The grilled pineapple was delicious! And lastly, the freshly brewed tea at night was a great touch before going to bed. The next time we are in Toronto, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great and friendly staff at the breakfasts. Jacqueline and her team are fantastic, friendly and want to make sure that our stay was up to our standards.
Front desk is great too but the rooms are showing signs of running down + our AC stopped working for a long time time. We had to wait until late in the evening to have it back.
The rooms are clean and the shower ok. Almost No cold water one morning.
The rest is ok.
If it wasn’t for the great staff at breakfast, BBQ and front desk, I would not reconsider staying there again.

Clean, quiet, convenient if you want to be close to the airport but not right at the airport. Staff is always helpful. Convenient options right next door.
