I would have liked cleaner to take away hairs on bathroom floor
I tripped on garbage that should have been put back under desk after emptying
Bed not properly made
I just got sense of “I don’t care” from cleaning person

Our stay was great as always. Only real issue this time was WI-FI connection. TV kept continually stopping/buffering during movies. And traveling with two littles, this was a small problem. Other than that, the carpeting in our two rooms was dirty. The kids feet and hands were dirty all the time when they played or walked on it. A bit surprising for this hotel. Breakfast was awesome as always. Noise level was non-existent for being fully booked.

Great food for the breakfast but other than that , this was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed after traveling for the last 15 years.
Staff didn’t resolve any issues properly.
House keeping recommended we get our own towels.
Key cards never worked and had to be reset multiple times during short stay.
Location also not very convenient.

When we arrived, check-in was quick and easy when we got to our room, we did notice that neither of our bathroom doors locked, as we were travelling with two young children, this was a little bit difficult to keep them out of the bathrooms. Although the rooms were very spacious and clean. We did go swimming in the pool twice. The first night we were there. The pool was over chlorinated and we could not stay long as our eyes were burning even when we were outside of the water, although the second night was much better. The continental breakfast both days was fantastic. All of the stuff were kind very helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Vaughn area to stay at this property. We will be returning.

Always comfortable stay here. Tv didn't work and they immediately sent someone. Always friendly staff. Breakfast is always excellent also.
