The beds were very comfortable, and with clean, bright white sheets. Also, soft, bright white towels. The bathroom shower/tub was new, the countertop was painted, with some chips, the trim in the bathroom was needing repainting, as was some walls in the unit. The floors could have been cleaner, but at least they weren’t carpet. We had a dog, so perhaps rooms designated for dogs are not as nice as other rooms. Free, good coffee in the lobby. Pool looked great, but we didn’t use this area that also had a sauna, and whirlpool. We didn’t use the eatery on site, as we brought our own food for one night over. Appreciated that the fridge and microwave were there. Great value for the price.

Absolutely Disgusting
This hotel is the dirtiest and most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The floors in the hall and in the room were filthy with huge balls of dust, lint and hair. We didn't take our shoes off in the room because it was so bad. They looked like they hadn't been washed in years. My husband spilled some water on the floor so wiped it with a towel and the towel was black. There was some orange stuff on the bathroom hair dryer and something extremely sticky on the handset of the phone. We asked 1 to 2 times per day for the room to be cleaned, in addition to the sign on the door asking for it to be done. It was partly cleaned once out of the 4 nights that we stayed. I asked to have a different room but it was completely booked for 3 of the nights. For the 4th night, they said I could change rooms but I had to pay extra. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend it.

Dried up unwashed pee bedding slept in and remade as of the bedding was flipped.
This hotel was so disgustingly dirty I actually cannot find the words. We were put into a room that looked like someone had been living in it for months. Floors were sticky, carpet was flilthy and not vacuumed. Bathroom was so dirty, muddy baseboards, tub was dirt stained, toilet was not even cleaned, fridge had food stains inside, bedding wasn't clean and their was hair on the pillow cases and smelled like dirty heads and to top it off there was a dried up pee stain on the bed, NOT a washed stain, unwashed dried pee. They remade the dirty bed and tried to sell it off as freshly made. My childern had been playing on the bed until my husband saw the stain and smelled it.
Moved us into a different room which was also so dirty I wouldn't let my kids take their shoes off the whole stay. No clean towel available. They charge you at check in also.
We were charged over 300 a night also for a basic room. We would have left but there were no rooms available another else town as it was a busy weekend.
I was also told I was rude because I was upset when I realized they remade a piss bed and sold it to my family. They tried to play it off like it wasn't a big deal. We were not offered any refund or even an apology.
Also they didn't have enough towels in the hotel for all the guest so a family of 4 was given 2 towels and one washcloth.

Dirty q tip and tissue behind the bed. Sticky circles on the counter in the bathroom. Room smelled like mold and cigarettes, stains al over the floor and couches. I slept on top of the bed, as the sheets we’re disgusting and stained. Room was ‘freshly cleaned’. Would not stay again, do not recommend. Many options that are better at a cheaper price point.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Checking in was smooth and easy. Only one front desk member and there were a few of us to check in all in a line, he hustled and was efficient and great.
The room however was… not good. It is a no smoking property but all I could smell was cigarette smoke, the carpets were not vacuumed in places. There were nail clippings by the bed, blood spackle among other random stains on the wall near the bed. It was very loud on the floor I was on 100-115 or something. I could hear people walking down the hall and talking in the room above and next to me. The bathroom was ok, the drain was not effectively working, the tub was a little grimy and dirty. Cleanliness - 0/10 (it was actually a hazard) friendliness - 10/10
