Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Elevators were awful broken and slow. The area where the hotel is was not the best, some drug addicts behind hotel

Very disappointing stay. Our room was not properly cleaned upon check-in. There were no toiletries in the washroom, and only two towels were provided for five guests. I had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities that should have already been available.
On the second day, I left the housekeeping sign on the door expecting the room to be cleaned and the toiletries replenished. Instead, they only took the dirty towels and didn’t even make the beds. After complaining again at the front desk, we were given supplies and bedsheets, but by then it was already 10 PM and housekeeping was unavailable, so we had to make the beds ourselves.
Guests should not have to repeatedly request basic amenities or clean up after housekeeping. This experience was frustrating and far below what I expected from a hotel stay.

Room was nice. Only one elevator working, and the functional elevator sounded horrible. Not a great location; bar nearby had very loud music until 11:30 pm.

The pool was nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the elevators were unreliable—only one of the two elevators was working, and even that one was out of service about half the time. The biggest concern was safety. There were many people outside in the parking lot using drugs and lingering around the property, which made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The hotel was nice and there was one room staff that was amazing with helping out when the front staff said “upgrade” but our family lost a bed.
