Grounds are absolutely spectacular!

What I loved: spacious, well-equipped and super clean room with picturesque vistas of the lake/mountains. The young lady and her colleague (who I believe may be the caretaker?) were very sweet and made me feel welcome upon check in. The WiFi was super fast and there was ample free parking, just a few steps from my room.
Hats off to the individual(s) who take care of the gardening/landscaping of the grounds, by far the most compelling part of the property. Well done!
In terms of areas of improvement: I was surprised to learn that my room didn’t have AC. The other thing is that I knew that the motel was very dated however the room (although clean) was even more dated than anticipated. The fact that the room key was a physical key was very concerning for obvious security reasons (most locksmiths will duplicate a “do not copy” key for a small tip). Fortunately, I didn’t encounter any issues.
All things considered, a very great property and as long as you don’t need any bells and whistles, this would be the best place to stay in town!

Poor customer experience Motel.

Poorly maintained, dirty motel. One night stop only. If you emptied the cigarette butts, painted the place properly and cut the bushes you might get more business. Then you probably don’t care - as that’s the impression you give your clients.

Not good

If you are looking for cheap, yes, however room was dirty.
Would not recommend and certainly not stay there again.
Yes the garden was nice and the staff friendly.
Not sure how the other guests reviewing found this property good to excellent??

Time to invest in AC's

The room was old, dated, dirty, and super hot. Had to sleep with the balcony door open all night, like many of our neighbors did. The staff was very friendly and informative. The location was perfect.
