Four Stars

The front desk people were very nice, the hotel and room are clean, the beds are comfortable. I have to ding them because I booked in May for August and by the time I got here, my gold member “upgrade” still got me only a cramped room in which I could barely sit at the desk because of the HVAC blowing freezing cold air that I literally could not turn off at will. Also, the TV is bolted close to the wall so if you have a desktop streaming unit you want to plug into the TV’s HDMI, it is a very tight and difficult squeeze that will hurt even a small hand. That said, it’s a property in a downtown so you will give up some room and convenience, so expect that, I guess.

Very clean and totally renovated and new. Quiet rooms and wonderful buffet breakfast and lounge atmosphere!

Free breakfast was really good and the staff are all very helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable, and the shower didn’t really have a door but it was fine. The only thing to make it better would be a pool and hot tub and laundry facilities. You have to pay for parking $22 a night and it’s an open lot so not very secure. One night a car was broken into. Other than that it was a great stay centrally located and close to airport!

The positive: Excellent, friendly staff, super clean and very nicely renovated rooms and bathroom. Very good and safe location with security guard checking the parking lot. And a very nice, definitely above average breakfast, with the usual egg, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, pastries, breads, coffee, and waffle maker.
The negative; no real negative tbh, just a few things to improve. They need more parking and they charge a $22 fee to park with no guaranteed parking. The A/C…. it certainly worked well and kept the room nice and cool however it was extremely noisy and I had a hard time sleeping because of the noise of the AC turning on and running.
Would we stay there again? Yes.
