There was an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink. The staff member on duty (Ajin) tried to fix the problem. When he couldn’t, he immediately offered to move us to a different room.
The next morning, a different staff member, James, assisted us in recovering items left in the vacated room.
Both staff members were very helpful and very pleasant.
The included breakfast was very good!!

Room was clean but the bathroom sink lacked water flow and shower head looked discusting. Tub is slippery and should have a grip mat.

Hard of hearing staff, I asked
for room service, no service. When i inquire, they said I had said no, but i clearly stated YES. Try to cancel the last night, no luck, told no reimbursement.
my mtgs ended early, was given run around, no refund, so we stayed till last day.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was horrible. Just light brown water. And when I asked for additional bedding they didn’t have any
