Great experience. Beyond our expectations.
We really enjoyed this fantastic hotel. What a party it was! So clean, friendly people who work here, right in the center by the water. You can swim in the sea, directly from the hotel. Rooms also very large and as good as new! This town is also highly recommended. As well as the walk to crozinha. . Directly accessible from the hotel. The food in the hotel was also really tasty and not expensive at all. We'd like to stay a little longer.

Excellent comfortable hotel with sea view
Great location at the foot of the fishing port, room with sea view and terrace, welcome francophone, buffet breakfast varied and good, very good hotel

Unfortunate stay
The hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly. The doors of the rooms have a large mill underneath so I found two cockroaches in the room. The breakfast is reasonable but the lunches and dinners are very limited and the service is very slow to leave even with the restaurant empty what happened for twice.
But the worst was the following, in the room of my friends who traveled with me disappeared a perfume bought at Lisbon Airport that was still in the original packaging because it had not yet been opened. We made a complaint at the reception but it was not resolved, they said they would investigate.
As I already had the bags made to check out and travel to São Vicente I did not check my things, what was my surprise that after unpacking the bags in the Hotel in São Vicente we found that we were missing a offer envelope with a wire and a Pandora pendant that had been offered by our friend 3 days before to my wife because it celebrated the birthday in Cape Verde.
I complained by email to Hotel Tiduca and until today I have not obtained any clarification or apology.
It is unfortunate that within such a friendly staff, there is as in many places someone who blur the painting. I recommend better selection of future candidates, and I recommend future customers to keep everything in the safe. Since 1999 I have traveled regularly (even in countries called Third World countries) and never had anything like that happened to me. Goodbye to all and decorate this text in order to improve. Meanwhile I will do an exhibition to the operator who sold me the trip and also Solférias.
Without any other matter for now, I say goodbye cordially.

Nice hotel by the sea with room for improvement.
Very centrally located at the former airfield directly on the sea. Pretty on the outside. On the ground floor are very cozy armchairs where you have WiFi reception. In the rooms, the activation of the WiFi (code via the TV) does not always work, the reception poor and slow.
The rooms are relatively large, some with sea views to two sides. For group travel, single rooms always get the worst rooms, here e.g. without balcony, while all double rooms of the group had balcony. There is a 0.5 l water bottle every day, but no refrigerator for drinks. Otherwise, the room is decorated very spartanly with a chair and a table. A large picture above the bed would make the atmosphere more homely. As many others have criticized, there is no door to the bathroom and toilet. For the bathroom this may still work if necessary, but no door to the toilet is an unding. This should be fixed urgently. The place is there! The room and bathroom were very clean. One of the two elevators was defective. Without luggage you can walk, but with luggage you sometimes have to wait quite a long time. There is a roof terrace. There you could run a bar and at least serve drinks. It's a wasted opportunity not to take advantage.
The breakfast room is relatively small given the size of the hotel, especially as many groups are accommodated who naturally want to eat at about the same time. The choice for breakfast is plentiful. There were cereals, eggs, chorizo, two types of cheese, sausage, rolls and toasted bread, homemade delicious yogurt, bananas, apples, papaya, cakes and cookies. If you don't get fed up, it's your own fault.
