Very comfortable and nice hotel, good location near Castro, nice views, has everything if you want to spend the day at the hotel, very attentive staff

regular experience

I was disappointed with the hotel because the value for money has dropped a lot.
It was cold and they didn't turn on the heating, even if you asked, in the piece they put some worn and frayed gowns, the hot tube was super hot and the pool very cold, one day they left the window open when doing the toilet, we went out all day and then they brought us a stove to compensate for the cold of the bedroom. The bathroom door wouldn't close and we had to wait two days for it to be fixed. There was one day that at breakfast there was only instant coffee from an envelope (not a machine) and the water in the kettles was warm. Another day there was only breakfast at the table and no buffet and they brought everything bit by bit.
It's not a standard for what they charge or what they pretend to be.

Beautiful property with easy access to the water via a short hike. Wonderful, helpful staff. We enjoyed all of our meals and the great service.
