Walk

Excellent place to rest and with a privileged view.
Exquisite breakfast! We had a cold day but the very cozy place to stay inside comfortably. The decor very rustic and beautiful. I recommend it 100% to visit as a family.

Disappointing experience (not the same Tripanko as before)

We had visited Tripanko in 2021 and the experience was perfect, so we decided to repeat ourselves after a few years.
To begin with, we noticed that the Bungalow we were given had fewer things than the previous time, in fact there were no glasses, only glasses, very few cutlery. We wanted to uncork a wine and there was no uncorker. (I had to get at reception).

The punctual and horrible theme was the vat. Our check in was at 15:00, we checked in at about 18:20 hrs. The vat was already with the firewood on (apparently just now), the boy indicated that it would be ready for the "night", we waited, waited and waited... I could say that the vat was ready at about 00:15 - 00:30 AM. Clearly at that time we were already willing to sleep and not enjoy a vat.
I compare with the previous experience when the vat was available at about 18:30-19:00 and we took advantage of it to relax for almost 4 hours, this time it could not.
When I consulted the reason for this, the boy told me that today the vat water was changed and cleaned and therefore the water took longer to warm up.
From what I understand, there seems to be a problem in the administration of the staff resource and the maintenance of the facilities.

Not worth it

The facilities seem good, but heating does not work, bad drain smell in the bathroom and room. When mentioning this problem at reception they tell us that they will check, but in the end they just put some chemical in the bathroom, which made the situation worse.

night to forget

Horrible experience, jars out of service, everything rained, the bed was unusable, we had to adapt the bed and place it at the exit of the bathroom, there was no breakfast, in conclusion I do not recommend it, even though the place is quiet, until the Today no one contacted me to show their face for the terrible night.

Perfect in every way

Perfect in every way, we spent two nights there 2 adults and a child and found it wonderfully relaxing. The people are genuinely friendly (and their dogs lovely). The design of the place is world class with very nice attention to details in everything. The location couldn't be better, far enough away from the town to be relaxing, but close enough to be connected. Will definitely return. Congratulations, these people know how to build an experience.
