Great Location with Really Nice Rooms

We stayed at the Apart Hotel Uman for one night while passing through Concepcion. It’s pretty close to the Bus Terminal and within walking distance to the Waterfront. We arrived late and had to leave fairly early, however, our hotel hosts were waiting for us and had us checked in very quickly. Our room was spacious with a little kitchen and private bathroom. We got our breakfast tray the night we arrived and could put the ham and cheese they gave us in our little refrigerator. Our room was a little cool but we had a very nice warm bed. Just around the corner we found a huge walking Plaza full of pubs and restaurants. Just a few steps away we found a little neighbourhood store that had just about everything we needed including a fantastic bakery. We would definitely recommend staying here. It’s quiet, super clean, comfortable and quite affordable.

Pésima atención

Doy una nota tan baja porque hice mi reserva con 2 semanas de anticipación y al llegar no solo nadie me atendió físicamente si no que también por teléfono me dijeron que no podían gestionar la reserva por problemas de "señal del teléfono" por lo tanto"vaya busque quedarse en otro lado"

exccelente lugar

un lugar execelente en pleno centro de concepcion y una atencion de primera. se nos presento un pequenio problema y jessica la duenia siempre atenta a solucionarlo. realmente vale la pena. tiene estacionamiento privado con medidas de seguridad.

Cómodo y bien ubicado

Muy cómodo , buen desayuno (lo van a dejar tipo 7 de la tarde), el personal amable, buena ubicación, servicio de toallas y secador de pelo, la pieza consta de un mesón con lavaplatos, hervidor, tostador y microondas, útil para el desayuno o si quieres comer en la habitación. Recomiendo llevar repelente para zancudos. Ojo! que el precio que aparece en Booking.com esta sin IVA, por lo que al momento de pagar sube el precio.

Excelente ubicación

Es un apartahotel sencillo pero con una excelente ubicación (al lado de bares, restaurantes, mall y la U, micros, colectivos). Es poco espacioso. Desayuno rico, aunque sin variedad. Una pega es que no hay servicio de lavandería. El personal muy amable y dispone de parking.
