Central location and friendly people

Found this hotel 1 - 2 blocks from the Plaza. Very welcoming, some English spoken, basic breakfast but we also got a scrambled egg. Rooms are big, bathroom very clean, windows open into the hallway, which could be noisy if guests are inconsiderate. Most nights were very quiet.

Awful place and owner

Washing earthenware, hanging bed linen and towels, turning off lights, turning off heating, removing tables that withdraw to breakfast, shaking tablecloths, changing tablecloths, checking booking for online reservations, receiving passengers, receiving the keys when they leave, opening and closing the gate so that they enter and exit with their vehicles, replenishing breakfast food that is running out, making scrambled eggs, receiving payment for parts sold, writing down passenger data on three different sheets, answering calls to schedule reservations, entering laundry, folding laundry, putting soaking the earthenware breakfast and turning off the sign are the tasks that a “receptionist” who must receive 20 thousand pesos in 12-hour shifts, even though before the offer began it was 25 thousand pesos the day worked, since apparently leaving the washing machine open by accident is a reason for discount and even dismissal. The person who arrives to work here should know that even the child will disrespect him by asking for things that do not correspond to the position. They are not even able to pay minimum wage for 48 hours a week. The owner, “don MARCO” chides with passive-aggressive comments. It will treat you as if things are obvious even if you are learning the passenger registration system. Ironic laughter is hourly bread in the face of any doubts or queries that one as a newly admitted worker might have, even though the patrician lady insists that she “ask nomas” if in any doubt. In addition to all this, the hotel owner does not care exactly the same about the claims and suggestions of his guests, especially when the water does not come out warm as it should (something minimal I think I have in winter). On the other hand ALL the sheets are stained with stains of doubtful origin, I would be disgusted to sleep in sheets that looked like they were dragged along the floor and full of rust by the place where they hang. Not even pillowcases are saved. Also if you are looking for a place to sleep warm and warm, this is not the place as the windows have no insulation to the cold, sweat whole and wet the bed that is supported on it. At the breakfast offered to customers, at the time of replenishing the food (ham, cheese, salame, quequeque, bread, quince sweet, quesillo, etc.) and therefore handling everything is done without gloves and without previous hand washing.

Unfair treatment of women workers (minimum error pay discounts).

A disgusting hotel

A hotel crap. Smell of mold impregnated in the room, little hot water, the bathroom with filtration and the floor a disgust, do not want to take the shoes out. But the owner with state-of-the-art IPhone pro and invest in van finishing.

No recomiendo

Pésimo! No funciona la calefacción en días de invierno, el agua caliente tampoco, una habitación ultra pequeña y las ventanas se filtraban..porque no cerraban bien.
El recepcionista no entrega información fidedigna y miente por teléfono a otros clientes dice que la calefacción di funciona y yo tuve que dormir con ropa y chaqueta.

Pesimo!!!

El peor hotel, pesima atención primero te reciben con mala cara y sin mascarilla. Llegamos 20 minutos antes de las 14 y nos dicen que la entrada es a las 14, a las 14 volvemos y nos dicen que los huespedes no se han ido. Un total falta de respeto el encargado no da solucion. NO LO RECOMIENDO!! no pierdan su tiempo en esa pocilga.
