Manuto is knowledgeable, fun, and a very good driver. I couldn't have asked for a better host and guide.
The free-range chickens were very entertaining.

Good view, lots of cockroaches, which is understandable as it's part of the place, the infrastructure of the place is very deteriorated.

The cabin was cozy and clean, but there is no AC which made for unbearable conditions between 9am and 9pm. No staff anywhere, no messages or calls answered at all. No way to get toilet paper, return keys, or get a ride to airport. It’s a bit far away from town.

I recommend it!

Spent a wonderful five days from 19.04-23.04.2025 on Easter Island. Accommodation is exactly as described. Good value for money. The room has everything you need. There's a lot of greenery. A very friendly cat came into the room). The location is excellent-away from the noise, but at the same time close to the center and the promenade, 5-7 minutes on foot. The staff are friendly. Helped organize a tour of the island. Thanks to our guide-guide Hugo (hopefully spelled the name correctly), everything went great and left only positive emotions. All our wishes have been taken into account.
from the downsides-the lack of hot water and air conditioning.
But it has not affected our impression of the island and Cabañas Manuto

In short, the negative reviews of this place on here and search engines are 100% accurate. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews therefore have only myself to blame for booking this place.
This company should maintain a minimum standard of accommodation if it plans to retain a level of standard or risk losing customers.
