TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
During our stay, we noticed the following issues:
They only provided us with two towels, one hand towel, and one bar of soap. There were not enough basic toiletries either.
We received only one roll of toilet paper and had to buy the next one on our own.
The heating did not heat properly, which caused too much humidity inside the room.
Around 7:00 PM, the gas stopped working or was turned off, I honestly don't know, but because of this and the lack of heating, we couldn't even dry our clothes that were wet from the rain.
The shower water came out COLD.
There was no mop or other items to dry the floor.
During one of the rainy days, water constantly entered the cabin and we had to use a towel to dry the floor.
We only found out on the last day that breakfast service was offered. This information should be clearly provided at the time of check-in.
Although the service at the front desk was relatively cordial, there was a lot of misinformation. Furthermore, guests were generally served from outside and were only allowed to enter when they had to make a payment.
For all these reasons, we did not feel comfortable or properly taken care of during our stay. We believe that the price charged should correspond to a service that guarantees basic conditions of hygiene, heating, information, and well-being, and not just having a place to spend the night, since to feel that way we would have gone to a place where we paid much less.
As a suggestion, it would be convenient to review and improve these aspects for future stays, thinking especially about the comfort and safety of your guests.
