Very good campsite

We were at the campsite. Very good facilities, clean, good infrastructure, all very well maintained. Excellent price/quality ratio.

As usual

We have followed the tradition of coming. Always a pleasant experience with OMZ 100% recommended. Its exquisite restaurant and spectacular views. If you want a weekend getaway is ideal. Disconnect to 100 without television.

Tennis pro inappropriate behavior

I visited from NYC. Their tennis pro ridiculed me because I wore running tights—instead of tennis shorts—on a cold winter day. He said that I shouldn’t dress like a ballerina (I am a 41 y/o man) and that he was offended by my gear. When I asked him to stop, he doubled down. And when I complained to the hotel, they simply said that he’s an external worker (though they recommended him and he lives in the facilities). They didn’t even tell him off. Avoid this place.

cozy and perfect

We went for 5 days with my daughter and it was better than expected. We stayed at the hotel and the room is facing the sea with a tremendous view and you can hear the sound of it. The bed is mega large (it looks like a super king, there are 2 of 1 1/2 stuck together, so very comfortable. It is a relatively small place so they take great care of you and are always willing to help. The breakfast that is included is buffet style and has everything you need: bread, ham, cheese, toast, yogurt, cereals, fruit,
Delicious coffee and even homemade kuchen or cakes daily. We eat gluten-free so they made sure to have us cookies and even arepas. They passed!! Very friendly staff, always with a good disposition. Everything clean and well maintained. The restaurant also has good quality dishes and drinks.
We would happily return again!!

Very bad experience

I made a reservation online to enter on March 23, and what seemed like excellent service turned out to be a very bad experience.
On Friday the 22nd, around midnight, I received an email from the hotel asking me what time I would arrive, which I responded as 4:00 p.m., commenting to my wife that they provided good service, but that was not the case.
Today, Saturday around 8:30 am I receive an email that there was a mistake and that I didn't have a room and they changed me to a cabin. Which they sent me photos since it is not in their offer on the website to which I told them that I did not want a cabin, they offered me a discount and etc. to which I told them that it is a gift for my wife and I was not interested in a cabin They gave me a very cheap price to which I told them again that it was not my mistake which they acknowledged that it was their fault consequently I had to cancel my trip and they gave me my money back.
