Surprise package

We were on the return leg of our travels on the way to Santiago. Pitrufquen was a stopover for the night but we were not sure what we would find. Then we entered the courtyard and found that this hotel had both rooms and cabanas. The hotel is quite new so everything is working and very clean and modern. Comfortable bed plus good pressure hot shower. I dont know if the heaters work as the room was quite warm enough without any heating. We were not sure what to do about dinner but on asking the helpful staff offered dinner at a very reasonable price. It was nothing fancy but more than adequate. Breakfast consisted of a lot of nice hot bread rolls and plenty of butter jam ham and cheese plus coffee. We were on our motorbikes and the hotel made sure that we could park them as much undercover as possible.
We were thinking to have one of the cabanas but they are setup to hold large families with a kitchenette and lots of beds rather than similar to a small one room flat. Since there was no lounge we just chose the room.
A very good stopover and rest point if you are doing a long drive and the internet is good.

Bad value for a lot of money

This hotel is not worth the price you pay. They offer a totally basic breakfast (although they promise a hearty breakfast on their internetsite). Heating didn't work despite cold temperature. No hair dryer. Unmotivated staff. The building is nice and the rooms ok. Hotel Pitrufquen is bad value for the money you pay.

Todo muy bien los recomiendo

Me hospede ahi cuando internaron a mi papa durante nuestras vacaciones. Estuvimos muy comodos con mi marido, hermano y padres. El restaurante es muy completo y los empleados muy amables. En principio nos hospedamos en el primer piso frente a la recepcion y estuvimos muy comodos. Despues alquilamos las cabanas donde wifi no funcionaba y era muy ruidoso (se escucha TODO de las otras cabanas). El gym se paga aparte y eso no esta aclarado en su sitio web.

Recomiendo hotel Pitrufquen

Para los viajeros que regresamos santiago,
un lugar tranquilo, hermoso, tranquilo y muy limpio Excelente hotel y muy rica comida en su comedor
Lo recomiendo para los venimos devolviendo a Santiago, un buen descanso con rico desayuno

2 nachtjes Pitrufquén

We kwamen hier om even bij te komen van 3 reisdagen. De foto's v h hotel waren al prachtig, de werkelijkheid was niets minder. Ruime kamer, goede bedden, uitstekende douche, rust, ontbijt prima. Pitrufquén lief plaatsje waar heerlijk niets te doen is. Veel winkeltjes en pastelerias (taart)
