Family trip, 4y and 1y old.

A lovely and cozy hotel (though not the most modern). The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great location—you are within walking distance (2–4 blocks) of a bunch of restaurants and the city plaza. Parking on-site is avaliable, free of charge.

Pucón is a charm

The service of everyone is very helpful and kind, showing a lot of affection for the guests. Excellent location, being possible to do everything on foot. Up to the view of the volcano, there's an amazing view from the corner of the hotel... and the breakfast window as well.

Great place to stay in Pucon

Excellent place to stay in Pucon, central and the attention a 7, the very loving and concerned staff. they welcomed us very well and the breakfast very rich too. Although the pieces do not have a kettle you have them outside the room and lend you touches if you need them, as I say, they make you feel at home

The ideal hotel for an amazing city.

Our stay was very pleasant, located my near the emblematic places of the city that we could do walking. The hotel managers are very friendly, caring, attentive to all details and very valuable their recommendations.

Cozy hotel with personal service

We really loved this place! We booked three nights initially but extended for another night because it was so cozy.
The location is perfect in the middle of the city, close to everything. Nice and clean room and comfortable bed. Well-functioning, quiet AC. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, fresh bread and fruit laid out on "your" table. Coffee, tea, juice and yogurt to pick up yourself.
Very nice and service-minded staff at all times, check-in/check-out/breakfast/cleaning etc.
We also received invaluable help booking tours to termas geometrica and villarica volcano. We don't speak any Spanish but it was always solved with a little patience and a cheerful mood.
