Bad, mice.

We wanted to enjoy our stay, but we were assigned room on the third floor, the 4 nights we stayed we could not sleep because of the number of mice that stayed in it between ceiling, for more comments and claims we made we had no solution, disappointed with the management.

A must-see place

Excellent place (beauty of its park, nature and facilities) and, attention, a team of people that welcomes you with love, willingness and above all joy. I highlight Almond, Lesly, Reiner and Don Manuel, the reception, cleaning and cleaning team, kitchen with their chef... A place you must always return....

Nice experience

Nice hotel, surrounded by green although they should water more looks very dry, it is very cozy and nice the rooms the bad thing is that they do not have air conditioning and the fan of the piece I do not know if it was loose but it was too loud.
Breakfast is not very varied but it is correct, rich drinks at the bar, has a small pool that we do not occupy. The spa massage service I found quite expensive compared to another similar hotel.
In short I could come back

Beautiful and well-kept gardens

Very good hotel in Pucón surrounded by a spectacular garden with impressive views from the room. It is on the outskirts of Pucón, although it is not a problem if you have a car. Well located to visit all the natural attractions in the area, of which there are many.
Exquisite and abundant dinner in your restaurant. Correct breakfast.
A point to improve would be the service: very very fair indeed. That's why I give it a 4 instead of a 5.
