Nice place
Great little hostel.Small but clean rooms with private bathrooms.Breakfast included to give you some energy before hiking

There's still time to pass your way
I would like to comment on this property because I am extremely shocked at what has just happened to my wife and I.
We arrived at the hotel around midnight after doing the W and we were both exhausted ..
The hotel owner was not present, we waited 20 minutes when he finally arrived to welcome us in an unsympathetic way. This one asks me to pay for the night, showing me a price that was not the one advertised on booking (+20%).
Being a little surprised, I ask him for explanations because during our few days in Chile, I never had to pay an additional tax by cash or credit card.
The boss got angry very quickly and quite violently, which gave us a feeling of insecurity certain ..
He also made defamatory remarks about me, which ended in gratuitous insults, eventually kicking us out unscrupulously, at midnight, at puertonatals. Suffice to say that at this hour everything is closed ..
Thanks to a couple of Chileans we met on the street we were able to find a charming hostel much cheaper and that did not charge tax in cash or card like a night grocery store.
Since I use hotel services I have never commented, but I find this fact very serious and can lead to dangerous and unfortunate situations.
Moreover for staying one night before starting the W, the hotel is far from the buses and the center, it is gloomy, the breakfast is low-end and unflavored, the kitchen is ill-equipped, the rooms are clean but there are large windows facing the street and without shutters, the staff is unkind and the boss is a kind of macho, cheap, proud and unscrupulous.
In short if you are booking your stay in puertonatals, there is still time to go your way and find another hostel much nicer and closer to the center, hoping that this fact does not happen again ..

Perfect
Superb, the quality of the welcome, the possibility of leaving your luggage for a few days, breakfast at any time, the comfortable beds will seduce you as we did. About 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal it is a good place for a hike to Torres del Paine National Park.

Easy-going hostel a bit away from the main tourist spots
I stayed here for one night before my W Trek. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Decent WiFi - better in the common areas than in my room. Basic breakfast included and a helpful staff. It’s a bit of a walk from the main tourist area near the plaza de armas in a more residential neighborhood meant is was quite quiet.

Terrible hostel, avoid at all cost
Extremely basic bedrooms, we stayed in a two twin bed with bathroom and it was simply very poor/cheap. First of all; the mattresses were used up so much they were tilted, very uncomfortable and bad for the back, plus it was a spring mattress; i could feel the springs... Also only one pillow was provided per bed...
Second; no hooks in the bedroom or bathroom to hang coats and/or towels and so on... no night table lamps. Third; there was only one plug in the bedroom so if I needed to use my phone while charging it it was impossible since there were no chairs in the room to sit down next to the plug.
Fourth; the shower was extremely small and the floor of it was lifted up, as if it were not glued properly to the ground... very strange.
Overall I found everything so cheap and uncomfortable... not worth your the try! For about the same price we found much better for the remaining nights in Natales.
Bonus: a couple dead flies by the kitchen window where the breakfast buffet is served.
PS: payments in cash only. We booked via Booking.com and in the confirmation email we received this was not stated anywhere.
