Regular hotel, only for a short stay

Well located hotel in Quellón, on the 2nd floor of an old wooden house. Rooms with just enough, bed linen and carpets somewhat worn, bad lighting, but clean. The bathroom similar: clean, but basic. Simple but adequate continental breakfast (without bean coffee). Very lazy service, it was impossible for me to find the receptionist to order anything. Overall, not very good value for money.

Regulation

Regular experience, shower with warm water (not hot), bad bathroom, bedroom smelling of cigarette (I asked for room change and I was changed). I had heater, private bathroom, power to charge cell phone, and breakfast included. At breakfast they gave me 1 napkin, I lacked toilet paper and when I wanted to find someone to find a solution they did not answer the wsp or attend me, I had already paid so it did not matter.
