Great request to relax and explore nature!
Hospitality note 10! I stayed in the room with 2 single beds and shared bathroom on the top floor. The bathroom is literally on the door next to the rooms, so it was super convenient to access it. It was also very clean! They provide bath and face towels, and you only have 1 more room to split the bathroom, so was always free when I needed. The shower is great and the tub tap has hot water. To use a hair dryer is only order at the reception. The room is super cozy, overlooking the volcano, the bed is very comfortable and they provide several blankets and a heater. The breakfast is a delight and they managed to meet all my dietary restrictions (gluten-free and milk-free), with eggs, variety of fruits, crepioca, etc. And the hostel employee Darling still decores the dish, so you are in a good mood for the rest of the day
What about the host Caio? Better care I received not only in Chile, but compared to other places in the world as well. It makes you feel at home and is very helpful, friendly and extremely polite! It will also give you a lesson on local culture when you arrive, in addition to explaining the maps, giving tips on trails, restaurants and everything else! All the tips from Caio were very certain!! I love the experience and would definitely come back! I found it much better to stay in Ensenada than Puerto Varas! Do not fail to have a glass of wine on the balcony at sunset and look at the starry sky at night.

Coziness in Ensenada
We returned to this charming B&B between Osorno and Calbuco. Host Caio very attentive. The hotel now has a tinarra in the middle of the woods to warm up at night. A very pleasant place and base for many adventures, such as the nearby Hue Falls where we did rafting. We will return to Hamilton’s whenever we come to the south of Chile.

A nice stay in Ensenada
"Hamilton's" is a hidden-yet-accessible, quiet, comfortable place to stay near Ensenada well worth the visit. Eloa and her staff are kind and helpful, hospitable and accommodating. Our first night was loud due to noisy pipes, so she happily moved us to a quieter room (away from the shared bathroom). When we got travel-fatigue and asked to change our reservation she was empathetic and helpful.
Breakfasts are plentiful and healthy - plus delicious - and overall it's a great spot to be to access Osorno and the falls, or just tuck in to the quiet, natural area of Ensenada. Thanks so much "Hamilton's crew"!!

Very good stay for climbing Volcan Osorno
We had very good stay, the rooms are clean with good beds. Breakfast and dinner are perfect. When we stared to climb the Osorno, Eloa get up with us and made us a great breakfast, thank you so much!! We could recommend this hostal warmly.

Hamilton's Place : nice place to stay and good food
Hamilton's Place in Ensenada is the perfect location to visit the area of the Osorno volcano and the Parque Nacional Vicente Pérez Rosales.
Eloa, the Brazilian owner, is also an excellent cook. We had delicious diners at this place, but also the breakfast is a real treat, with freshly baked whole-wheat buns, cheese, fresh juice, tomatoes and everyday something sweet, like pancakes or cake. All fresh!
The double rooms, with comfortable beds, have a shared bathroom and a splendid view of the Osorno. There are also some larger rooms with a private bathroom. From the sunny communal terrace you have a beautiful view of the Calbuco volcano.
We received good information on what to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!
