Excelente lugar, administrador quisquilloso

Estuvimos dos noches, el lugar es de encanto, y sus locaciones también; sin embargo su gran PERO es su administrador, de nombre Raúl, demasiado quisquilloso y poco cordial. De partida, para cada instrucción te remite a la página web, siendo que te comunicas por Whatsapp; por ejemplo, no es capaz de mandarte la ubicación por este medio. Cada petición te la hace sentir como que te hace un favor. Una falla importante es el agua caliente. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. También una frescura es que el servicio de spa es por dos horas, pero el llenado de la tinaja se demora media hora, la que se imputa al tiempo arrendado, con el ya señalado problema en el agua caliente. El broche de incomodidad fue el cobro de una botella de vino. Nos pidió la transferencia de inmediato, siendo que no todas las compañías tienen conectividad. No teníamos tanto efectivo pero afortunadamente el suficiente para asumir el costo. En fin, en el aspecto trato debe mejorar mucho. Te hace sentir incómodo y te empaña la experiencia
