Muy cómodo

Personal muy amable, solo una queja es que en el baño la ducha está mala, pero en resumen todo muy bueno.
Muy buena ubicación y muy buena seguridad.
Camas muy cómodas y las niñas de la recepción muy simpáticas y amables.

uncomfortable place

I went with my family and we did not like the experience, we stayed there because we had no other options, the room did not have air conditioning, it was very hot, we also requested on the day we arrived that they could give us breakfast later the next day, since We went to an event and we would arrive at dawn so the receptionist agreed, the next day the owner had given instructions not to give breakfast at 11 am. Since it was at 10 o'clock that they served, they denied us breakfast, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant situation, it is not appropriate to treat your guests like that, I will not return again

Simple and accurate for the price

The place is more for workers in the mining city Rancagua but still quite nice. It has from single to three bed rooms everything you can even sleep in a room with other people that is quite cheap. The breakfast is chilean like, bread and a slice of chees or ham they made me some eggs to. The rooms are simple but clean with wooden floors and the place has no elevator.

Mala experiencia

En la pieza se sentía todo el ruido. La cadena del baño no funcionaba. El estado del comedor dejaba mucho que desear, no muy limpio y las sillas y mesas viejas y en mal estado. También hubo problemas con el desayuno.

Ecelente personal.

Muy bien atendido por Keyla y Heidi, Mantenían todo muy limpio y demostraban mucha paciencia. En alguna parte del edificio hacen falta reparaciones pero no es importante. Los baños muy limpios así como el resto del lugar. Gran patio, un poco abandonado para mi gusto pero agradable. Mucha tranquilidad y excelente acceso al centro. Lo recomiendo.
