Clearly very bad price/quality equation
Clearly very bad price/quality equation
Firstly, the Superior Double Room has neither a Kitchenette, a large refrigerator/freezer nor a microwave or kitchen utensils as promoted, only a small refrigerator. It has no closet or closet, only bed, 2 light tables, and chair and nothing else. The rolling curtain had its strip broken. The shower broke at first use. We claimed reparation and they forgot. I reclaimed and when they came to repair they left the entire bathroom floor muddy. The room takes very little care of detail, it looks like the simple room of a 2 star hotel. Extremely expensive for what they offer. Breakfast "continental" is not law firm. They bring you what they want and have available. The second morning they had no juices, only coffee shop. When claiming we were offered juice from an envelope. Finally on Saturday night they organize an event setting up a fire pit on the main road, which does not allow to retire with the car. Ultimately we were thinking of going out to a restaurant to eat something and we had to walk a lot because there was no way to get the car out. I would only recommend this hotel if the price was much lower

I don't recommend it.
We stayed for the day for a self-care activity and I didn't like it. First because they were unclear with the possibility of massages, use of heated pool and vats. Second in the publicity photos they give the impression that in the pool sector there is grass, but it is a piece of "grass-style carpet". Thirdly when we arrived we asked to keep some beers and I delivered mine in a gender bag (very good quality) and at the time of ordering it nobody knew where it was, supposedly it was in a place but apparently they did not find it, they also did not let me look in the supposed place and because we did not have to go and they were not responsible for the loss of my bag, although it is just a bag, I wonder what will happen with other things.

They should improve the Restaurant
Good alternative, but the Restaurant does a disservice to how good the hotel is. 41 minutes until the drink was brought, while the waiters were watching things on their cell phones, 15 minutes later the entrance arrived. Almost 1 hour of waiting and there were only 2 tables with customers. The menu was very tangled with Viking names, little variety and almost half of the dishes were not available. The restaurant could go back to what it was before, simpler food but they served you better.

Bad experience
This was the third time we went and it will clearly be the last.
In the three days there was no cleaning service, for the high price per day I find it a bad service, they did not offer a change of towels or replacement of toilet paper. Also inside there is an envelope where they suggest tipping a maid who we never saw during the entire stay.
Furthermore, the day we arrived we asked to pay by credit card in three installments. And the person who helped us lied to us that the bank later asks us how we want to pay. Which was clearly a lie. I charge us everything in one fee. Without giving the option to pay in installments as we requested.
There is a lot of smell of stagnant water in the premises. I don't know if it comes from the jars or from another area.
Also the smell in the heated pool was unbearable. Apparently there is a lack of maintenance.

Average quality but not average price
75000 CLP / night / 2 pax including breakfast. Large cabañas with kitchen and a little living room. Can be interesting for families spending several days on site but no really added value for a couple spending only 1 night. Just one normal bathroom (not really clean, which is quite common in Chile, unfortunately) with no shelves nor a cabinet to put away the toilet amenities. My cabaña was foreseen for 6 pax... I really wonder how such a group could share the bathroom in a comfortable way. 1 outdoor swimming pool, 1 indoor swimming pool.

Thanks Alain for your feed back. We appreciate your opinnion and we will try to improve as much as possible to attend the requirements of out national and international guests. We will add a shelve in the bathroom. That cabana is no longer for 6 passengers only 5, to provide a better experience. Now it is also included the hottub (at 36°C), which you can use everyday of the year
