Blonde receptionist is SO RUDE

The small/blonde receptionist is a total prat. He was rude and aggressive for no reason.

Homophobic place

Homophobic place
Bad place. The hostel lacks water, and when there's water, it's cold.
Besides, the employees are fat and homophobic. The owner is fat and violent.
You never get a guest in this place. Look for others. It'll be better for you. Avoid trouble.

Comfortable and economical!

I had a really comfortable stay! I thought the nightly value for a shared room was great. The staff was really sweet and helpful and the beds and bathrooms were super cozy and clean. Breakfast included, good Wifi, free locks for lockers, and a couple minutes walk from the central square.

Ursula's Ineptitude and Disrespect: A Disastrous Stay at Hostel La Florida

My experience at Hostel La Florida was highly negative due to the mishandling of payments by the staff member Ursula. She confused my payment with another guest's and, instead of resolving the issue professionally, she confronted and expelled me in a humiliating manner. This unprofessional behavior in front of other guests was disrespectful and disgraceful. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hostel due to the incompetence and mistreatment I experienced from Ursula, as it falls far below the standard expected in the hospitality industry.
