Good but very hot

The hostel is close to the center like 10 minutes, I came in January full heat. The rooms are warm, have a fan but not enough. Staff no dramas are friendly let you in 24h. The beds are comfortable and the cleanliness good, to the front there is a business to get out of the step very good.

Attempted scam

I give 1 for everything, because we can't put 0. The manager tried to scam me: I paid in cash the entire reservation when I arrived (280,000 pesos). I left one night before the end of my booking because there was a lot of noise without the hotelier doing anything to ensure the rest of the tourists. When leaving, I told the hotelier my disappointment and my intention to put a bad review on Booking.com.
What was not my surprise when I discovered a few hours later that this gentleman had cancelled the entire reservation on Booking.com by instructing me to leave immediately for "inappropriate attitude" and asking me to pay for the reservation.
In view of my anger, he told me that the cancellation of the booking was "an error of Booking.com" and conceded that I had already paid.
After contacting Booking.com, they confirm that it was the hotelier himself who cancelled my entire reservation even though I had already spent 5 nights in his hotel, a maneuver depriving me of the right to review his hotel on the site! And by the way, an attempt to make me pay twice the reservation! If this isn't an attempted scam, it looks a lot like it.
Besides, this gentleman should:
- Change the bedding because it is really out of age;
- Establish a more secure system of access to the hotel (anyone can enter and take the keys at the reception always open and not often occupied).

Great Option in San Pedro de Atacama

Great choice of Hostal in San Pedro de Atacama. We chose the option with private bathroom and had hot water and daily cleaning. Very attentive staff, especially Victor who received us very well and was always very helpful.

Perfect stay in San Pedro

Excellent hostal, super organized, clean and excellent service. If you are traveling with family and children, it is a great place to stay as it has private rooms with bathrooms. There is also daily room cleaning! They don't accept cards, only cash or transfer wise.
