EXCELLENT APART HOTEL , IF NOT FOR THE POLICIES OF THE SAME

The room was as or better than we expected... the cleaning and change of sheets although 3 days after the stay deserves a good mention. What I rescue to take into account is that the area is not beautiful, I did not see it recommended to leave after the afternoon since Santiago has become dangerous..The breakfast left the previous day, very good and complete..But having the experience of having owned a hotel, I can not let walk certain policies that do not help in anything..when ordering an extra soap, since we were given one for two every 3 days!not to mention the shampoo, one and arrange yourself..said that they had them accounted for, wanting to change the eggs for some bag of breastfeeding bread, or even a roll of toilet paper, again the story of the accounting..sweetener there was not..ither is a diabetic that is fixed..the hotel was not full, so they could have been a little more generous with the passengers who stay 5 days like us...that miserability of the apart did not mar the stay, but if I force myself to count it for another to consider these issues and evaluate their possibility to choose and feel more comfortable..thanks.

Excellent place, neatly maintained and all supplies well thought out. Location is within walking distance to shopping areas and other attractions

The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor.
In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely.
