Good location and comfortable

I stayed with the family for a week! For me considering that I use the hotel only to sleep I liked quite. Comfortable beds is good breakfast. Also very well located

A little old the hotel but Cozy atmosphere, would return

"My experience was very good. The location was ideal for exploring and getting to know the area, and the atmosphere was familiar and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout, even when I requested extra blankets and pillows. Breakfast was satisfying, with options such as fruit, cereal, dairy, cheese, ham and delicious coffee. The kitchen was also well equipped with the basics: kettle, microwave, cutlery, glasses, cups and dishes."

Could be Better

The apartment is very well located in the Providencia neighborhood, but stayed in time in several respects. They should renovate the sofa in the apartment, for example. As far as cleaning was concerned the crockery elements in the kitchen were clean but the apartment floor left much to be desired. Our little eyes that we used inside it had the sole full of dirt and trash that we had to shake every night. There is no handicap ramp at the entrance or to raise and lower bags to the lobby. Breakfast is quite acceptable but they are not prepared to cater when it is full. One day when there were many people there was a lack of food at breakfast and there was no food to replace food or dishes. Besides being short of fruit and other ingredients. I want to highlight the willingness and kindness of Natalia Ayalon who took care of me very kindly in several things I asked her before I arrived to stay.

I do not recommend

Hotel has excellent location, the only extremely good thing.
Rooms need renovation, paintings of the walls with stains, the room in which I stayed, I myself had to repair the discharge of the toilet vessel that did not stop shrinking water.
The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall.
Comfortable beds.
There was no chair or sofa in the room, no TV with no antenna, so the local stations were not tuned. Good Wi-Fi system, but with constant shutdown.
Reasonable breakfast.
At the checkout I was charged for consuming a coca cola, when informed that the charge was undue, the receptionist sent me back to the room to talk to the Cover who was conducting the examination. In the apartment the extremely rude Cover, was opening and closing the closets and speaking in a loud tone, quite embarrassing situation. After my insistence on saying that I didn't consume a coca cola, the amount of the bail (50 bucks) was refunded.
