Visit to Hotel Bidasoa

My partner and I had an excellent experience at the Hotel Bidasoa! The accommodation and the restaurant a 7. The staff was always very friendly and attentive to every detail from the moment we arrived.
The food was too delicious, with a lot of variety of dishes and also vegan/vegetarian options The drinks were also excellent.
I definitely recommend it both for staying (we loved the decor) and for enjoying a good meal ❤️

Great hotel to base yourself in

Travelled to Chile as a family of three in July 2026 and stayed at the Bidasoa for 3 nights. We had a lovely stay, the hotel is as described and boutique, our room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the mountains. All amenities were provided, the breakfast I'd say was the best of our whole 3 week South America trip. I wrote a separate review for the restaurant which is excellent as we had dinner there our first night. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, felt very safe - it's a little way from the centre but only a 10-minute Uber/Taxi ride, great place to base yourself in.

Hi Paul!
Thank you so much for choosing Hotel Bidasoa for your family trip! We are absolutely thrilled that you loved the mountain views from your room and felt right at home in our peaceful neighborhood.
Hearing that our breakfast was the best of your 3-week South American adventure is a huge compliment! Our kitchen team will be so happy to hear this, as well as your kind words about our restaurant.
It was a joy hosting the three of you. We’d love to welcome you back to Santiago anytime!
Un abrazo grande from Chile,
